Delegate Program - Be a Catalyst for Change! A delegate for Promote Black Business LLC is a trusted representative, authorized to act as a representative to champion the mission and vision of our cause.

Promote Black Business LLC is excited that you're interested in the State Delegate position! Our core objective is to unite businesses and communities with a singular focus: raising funds to establish self-sustainable communities and fostering a robust youth leadership program to ensure the prosperity of Black communities in the future.

A delegate for the Promote Black Business LLC is a person authorized to act as a representative for the mission and vision of our purpose.

The first step in this direction is to select (130) delegates, five delegates from twenty-six cities to support the Ambassador and help them make the necessary connections needed to accomplish the PBB App’s mission and vision.

Responsibilities - Representing and promoting Promote Black Business App platform to build the brand and reputation and help with our funding efforts.  Delegates Closely work with your elected state Ambassador and marketing teams, maintain a positive image of the brand, and openly promote the organization.

Description of Position – Establish relationships with key people in your city, the Black Chamber, National black organization chapters, city government, Regional Representatives, Real Estate Developers, Business Attorneys, Accountants, Medical Doctors, Social Services, Community Organizations, Board of Education, and Economic Development groups.

Assist in selecting ten business owners in your state who would like to sponsor the efforts of raising funds to fulfill the PBB App purpose.

Delegates assist the Ambassador in establishing the PBB App presence in your state and assist in set-up and Promoting events including hosting events. Run daily, weekly and monthly reports. give support where needed in managing the business sponsors, volunteers, and staff assisting in the PBB App's work in your state.

Required Skills
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred).
• Several years of experience in public relations or communications (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of city and state affairs.
• Forward thinker and contributor of ideas and solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of diplomacy and tact.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Outstanding negotiation and mediation abilities.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Ability to manage a team.
• Computer skills.
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Ability to learn different software applications.
• Good understanding of Social media marketing.
• Experience in event planning.
